		<description>An interesting expose on Bill the Butcher and what appears to be, at the least, false advertising. The article discusses Bill&#039;s current policy of not revealing which farms the meat comes from and labeling uncertified meat as USDA Organic. Obviously meat can be &quot;organic&quot; without the government&#039;s certification but I find it misleading and somewhat dishonest to claim this specific certification.
