  • Whole Wheat Semolina (Farina)

This semolina differs a bit from the traditional durum semolina used in pasta.  I did successfully make pasta with it and it was quite good.  Semolina made from softer wheats, such as this one, is also known as farina.  There are many applications for this both savory and sweet.  I cooked some up for breakfast one morning into a porridge with banana and maple syrup and it was super filling and tasty.

  • Wheat Bran (Regular Shares Only)

Perfect for adding a little fiber boost to any of your baked goods.
