Half way through the Winter Session already?!? That must mean Spring is around the corner!  These 30 degree mornings might beg to differ, but herbs are showing their perennial faces again little by little and seeding will be in full swing shortly.  We’re harvesting our lacinato kale rapini this week for you guys.  The overwintering process really sweetens and tenderizes the new kale growth that starts popping up this time of year.  I like to treat this as more of a broccoli replacement as the stem is super tasty as well!  Hope you guys like it too!
