Hi Marie & John! So sorry we’re seeing your comment late. Did you make it to the March 10th pick-up? If not, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can chat about upcoming sampler sales.
I was wondering what are the quantities? Is it 1 steak? By the pound? etc
Hi Pamela – so sorry for seeing your comment late! Usually, the sampler package weighs around 15 pounds total, so the weight of the individual cuts within the package may vary a bit – we build the packages to reflect the total value.
I hope that answers the question – definitely feel free to reach out to us at email@example.com if we can clarify further! 🙂
