Hello everyone! We have beef sampler packages available for purchase. The sampler packages are all priced at $150 and are discounted from retail price because of the bulk purchase. Each sampler package has a selection of grass fed cuts of beef that was raised right here at Jubilee. Pick-up will be at the farm on Saturday March 10th from 10am to noon. Check, cash or card accepted.
Please email the farm at jubileefarm@hotmail.com with your selection choice. There are a limited number available of each option.

Round Bone Roast

Short Ribs
Cube Steak
Ground Beef
Option D:
Farmer’s Choice: A varying selection of cuts! We aim for about 1/3 ground, 1/3 steaks or cuts to be grilled or seared , 1/3 roasts or cuts to be braised or stewed.
We have a limited number, so email the farm soon and reserve your sampler! If you can’t do it this time around, make sure to join the beef interest list for our next sale!

Hi Pamela – so sorry for seeing your comment late! Usually, the sampler package weighs around 15 pounds total, so the weight of the individual cuts within the package may vary a bit – we build the packages to reflect the total value.
