Welcome to Summer Session!!!
Greens! The beginning of the Summer Session historically is filled with greens of all varieties and this year is no exception. These are the things that love the cool springs we have out here in the PNW. There will be plenty of warmer weather crops to come but first you get to learn to love your greens!
*As always this list may vary once we get out in the field and start harvesting.

- Collard Greens
- Rainbow Chard
- Arugula
- Radishes
- Hakurei Turnips
- Head Lettuce
