We are coming off quite a stretch of hot weather and while it provided some great days spent at the river and the tomatoes and peppers surely loved it as well, it sure will be nice to have some cooler temps to get things done during the day.
We wanted to put the word out that we will be doing our final harvest of 2018 of our grass fed beef this September. This will be for our premium quarters as well as our 75lb ground beef ‘quarters’. If you’re interested, we need your contracts and deposits in by August 8th so we can make plans with the butcher.
