The second round of Victory Garden Trays is almost ready!

Inspired by WWII’s Victory Garden movement, we’re bringing you a curated garden-in-a-tray. All of these starts have been seeded and grown here at Jubilee. We use only organic farming methods.
All proceeds from this sale of Victory Garden Trays will be donated to Clean Greens Farm, a small nonprofit organization, owned and operated by residents of Seattle’s Central District. They are committed to growing and delivering clean and healthy produce for everyone at reasonable prices. They increase access to healthy affordable foods in three ways: through their neighborhood farm stands, Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program, and their Giveback Program.
- 50 starts in each tray
- $25 per tray
- Limit: We ask that you please limit your order to a maximum of 2 trays per person, to ensure there are plenty of trays to go around. 🙂
- Veggies (this is the general variety – we can’t guarantee this exact assortment): assorted lettuce, radish, onion, beets, assorted kale, peas, beans, chard, assorted brassicas (broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower), cucumber, summer squash, winter squash
- Gardening info: Besides the starts, we’ll also provide you with an info sheet with planting tips, as well as a diagram so that you can identify the starts.
- Preorder goes live on Tuesday, June 9 at 2 pm on our Square Site (please keep in mind that the internet connection at the farm can be fickle. If you are at our Square site at 2 pm and the preorder hasn’t opened yet, please know that we are working on it & the sale will go online within minutes. You can refresh the page to check).
- CHECKOUT: Trays are not claimed until checkout is complete. Having a tray in your online cart doesn’t reserve the tray – it’s not claimed until checkout is complete. This is just the nature of the online Square store. We recommend that you have your payment information ready to speed up checkout.
