Sign up for the Snoqualmie Valley Farmers Cooperative’s CSA to enjoy produce from a variety of Valley farms. Jubilee is a member of the Co-op, too!
A family farm in Carnation, Washington since 1989, we provide our community of the greater Seattle area with a diverse selection of fresh produce, grass-fed & pastured meat, pastured eggs, and stone-ground flour, all of which are cultivated using organic farming practices. At Jubilee, you get to know your farmer, your food, and each other.
By being a member of our CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) program, not only do you enjoy fresh, local and seasonal food – you also get to engage with the land & the people that provide that food.
Born & grazed right here on the farm, our cattle, hogs, sheep, & poultry enjoy fresh pasture and help us close the fertility loop at Jubilee through the compost they provide.
From our May Day celebration to our Harvest Festival, we host events throughout the year so that our greater community can join in on life on the farm.
Thank you for letting us be your farmers!
FROM OUR MEMBERS
Although we started after Winter Session last year, I feel like we have gotten a good feel for the various foods we will enjoy through your farm. I never liked to cook, and mealtimes were very stressful for me. That was until I started getting your farm boxes. Now I look forward every week to … Continue reading Emily B.
Every time we got home from the farm, my son wanted to try all of the vegetables… We really want to raise our son to enjoy healthy foods and appreciate where our food comes from. You’ve helped us so much with that.
We love the food cycle from early June to October, but for us the farm is more than produce. It is a meditative experience drawing you into the fields, the animals, the insects, the visitors, the kids, the sky, the Cascades, the weather…Every time it’s different and every time the same.
HOW DOES THE CSA WORK?
Our produce is available through our Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) subscription program, in which members support the farm by committing to purchase shares of its produce for a season. Each week during your CSA session, you pick up a share of nutritious veggies, grown with love by farmers you know.
Choose your share size
In the Summer session, choose between Full, Three Quarter, or Half share sizes.
In the Fall, Winter, & Spring sessions, choose between Full or Three Quarter share sizes.
Choose your pick-up location
During the Summer, you can choose a pick-up day here at the farm or delivery to a depot.
In our Fall, Winter, & Spring sessions, you can select a local depot in Seattle or the Eastside.
Pay for your membership
You can securely pay online with a credit/debit card or PayPal, mail in a check, or drop-off payment during our open hours (Summer only).
Get your veg!
Once a week during each CSA session, pick-up your veggies (either at your selected depot or here at the farm) – make the most of them with recipes from our Boxletter and tips from the cooks in our Cascading Kitchen!
Our farm is home to grass-fed cattle and pastured hogs, poultry, and sheep. These critters are a vital part of the lifecycle on the farm, providing us with the fertility we need to replenish the soil & grow nutritious produce.
Meat is available in bulk sizes and individual cuts throughout the year, and we also offer eggs.
